• Device and Usage Data: We automatically collect diagnostic and usage information, such as your device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and crash reports, to help us monitor and improve App performance.

We use the information we collect to:

3. AI Features and Data Processing

ImanUp integrates an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant to enhance your experience.

• Third-Party Processing: Queries and messages sent to the AI assistant may be processed by third-party AI service providers.
• No Sensitive Information: You should not share highly sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information in your chats with the AI.
• Automated Responses: AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or lack context. By using this feature, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for AI-generated content and agree not to rely on the AI assistant for authoritative religious, legal, medical, or professional guidance.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your information with trusted third parties in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We may share data with cloud hosting providers (e.g., Firebase) to store your data securely and ensure the App functions reliably.
• Analytics and AI Partners: We may share anonymized or aggregated data with analytics tools and our AI infrastructure providers to maintain and improve the App.
• Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ImanUp, our users, or others.

ImanUp is not directed at or intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our servers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations.
